Harvest

Privacy policy

Last updated 25 August 2026

Harvest is a service of Asymmetric Marketing, LLC. This policy covers grownwithharvest.com and explains what we collect when you use this site, why we collect it, and what you can do about it.

The short version: we collect what you tell us on our forms so we can reply to you, and we measure how the site gets used so we can make it better. We don't sell your information to anyone.

What you give us

Two forms on this site collect information, and both are optional. You can read the whole site without filling in either one.

  • Quote request: your name, phone number, email address, where your farm is, and what you grow or sell. We use this to put together a plan and a quote, and to get back to you about it.
  • Mailing list signup: your email address, your name, and your farm or company name. We use this to send you the overview and, if you've asked for it, occasional email about the program.

What gets collected automatically

We run Google Analytics through Google Tag Manager. It tells us things like which pages people read, how they found the site, roughly what part of the world they're in (worked out from their IP address), and what browser and device they used. It sets cookies in your browser to do that.

We also run Microsoft Clarity, which records a replay of the visit: mouse movement, scrolling, clicks, and how far down each page people get. Clarity masks the contents of form fields in every recording, and the forms on this site are masked in the page's own markup as well, so what you type into them isn't captured either way. Clarity sets its own cookies.

Our host, Vercel, also keeps standard server logs of requests to the site, including IP addresses, for security and troubleshooting.

None of this identifies you by name. We use it to understand which parts of the site are working and which aren't.

Who else sees it

We use a small number of outside services to run the site and handle email. They only get what they need to do their job, and they aren't allowed to use it for anything else:

  • Resend, which delivers our email and stores our mailing list.
  • Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager, which handle the measurement described above.
  • Microsoft Clarity, which records and stores the session replays described above.
  • Vercel, which hosts the site.

What we don't do

We don't sell your personal information. We don't run advertising on this site, and we've turned off the GA4 setting that would let Google tie what it measures here to signed-in Google accounts for ad personalization. What we can't promise on their behalf is that Google and Microsoft never use what their own tools collect inside their own systems; if that bothers you, the blocking options in the cookies section stop both of them. We don't send your form submissions anywhere except our own inbox and the services listed above.

Cookies and how to turn them off

The analytics and session-replay cookies described above are the only ones this site sets, and nothing on the site depends on them. Your browser can block or delete them. Google publishes an opt-out browser add-on at tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout that turns off Google Analytics everywhere, and any browser setting or extension that blocks tracking will stop Clarity. Blocking them won't break anything here.

How long we keep it

Form submissions stay in our email and our mailing list until you ask us to remove them, or until we've had no contact with you for three years, whichever comes first. Analytics data expires on Google's standard retention schedule.

Your choices

Every email we send has an unsubscribe link, and unsubscribing takes you off the list right away. You can also email us at hello@grownwithharvest.com to ask what we hold about you, to correct it, or to have it deleted, and we'll take care of it within 30 days. You won't be treated any differently for asking.

Depending on where you live, Wisconsin law or another state's law may give you these rights formally. We'd rather just honor the request than argue about which law applies, so ask either way.

Children

This site is for people running a farm business. It isn't directed at children, and we don't knowingly collect anything from anyone under 13.

Security

The site is served over HTTPS, and our forms validate and rate-limit what they accept. That said, no website is perfectly secure, so please don't send us anything sensitive (bank details, government ID numbers) through a web form. If we ever need something like that, we'll arrange a safer way to send it.

Changes to this policy

If we change how any of this works, we'll update this page and change the date at the top. If the change is significant and we have your email, we'll tell you directly.

Getting in touch

Email hello@grownwithharvest.com and it comes straight to us. That's the fastest way to reach a person about anything in this policy, including a request to see or delete what we hold.
