These terms cover your use of grownwithharvest.com, which is operated by Asymmetric Marketing, LLC. Using the site means you're okay with them.
These terms are about the website. If you hire us, the work itself is covered by a separate written agreement that we'll both sign, and that agreement is what governs the actual engagement.
What this site is
It describes a service we offer to small farms. Everything on it is informational. Nothing here is a binding offer, and reading it doesn't put either of us under any obligation.
Pricing and quotes
The prices on this site are starting points for the packages as described. What you actually pay depends on what you need, and we'll confirm it in a written quote before any work starts.
A quote isn't a contract. Work begins when we've both signed an agreement, and if anything in that agreement contradicts what's on this site, the agreement wins.
Our guarantees
We say two things on this site about risk, and we mean both of them: we don't take your site live until you're happy with it, and any monthly plan comes with a 30-day money-back promise.
The exact terms of both, including what counts as a refundable month and how the revision process runs, are written into your signed agreement. If you want to read that language before you commit, ask us and we'll send it over.
Grant help
We help farms find grant programs and write applications, and we're good at it. But we don't control who gets funded. We can't promise you'll be awarded anything, and our fees aren't contingent on an award unless your agreement specifically says so.
The example sites
The farms shown under "See a farm like yours" are demonstrations we built to show what the system does. They aren't real businesses. Nothing on them is for sale, no order you place on one is real, and nothing will ship. Each one says so in its own footer.
Who owns what
The text, images, and design of this site belong to Asymmetric Marketing, LLC. Please don't copy them for your own use without asking.
Work we build for you is different. What you get in a build is yours to keep, on the terms in your agreement, including if you later stop working with us.
Links to other sites
We link to outside sites, including our scheduling tool and the example farm sites. We're not responsible for what's on services we don't run, and their own terms and privacy policies apply when you're on them.
No warranty
The site is provided "as is." We work to keep it accurate and available, but we don't warrant that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that everything on it is complete and current. To the fullest extent the law allows, we disclaim the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
Limits on liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, Asymmetric Marketing, LLC isn't liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of this site, including lost profits or lost data. Nothing here limits liability that can't be limited by law.
This section is about the website. Liability for work we perform for you is addressed in your signed agreement.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wisconsin, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The date at the top tells you when they last changed, and continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated version.
